CSCU Fraud Alert

You may have received a bogus email mimicking an email from Card Services for Credit Unions (CSCU). This email asks members to take a brief survey. When you click on the link in the email, it takes you to a site that looks like the CSCU website and asks for personal account information as well as plastic card information.
CSCU DOES NOT COMMUNICATE WITH CARDHOLDERS DIRECTLY. RATHER, ALL OF OUR COMMUNICATION IS THROUGH OUR MEMBER CREDIT UNIONS.
Again, CSCU communicates directly with their member credit unions, and will never communicate directly with cardholders directly.
